Getting older in America is harder than it should be — especially for seniors living on fixed incomes, dealing with health challenges, and facing a housing market that gets more expensive every year. Many seniors in our community are one medical bill, one rent increase, or one family crisis away from losing their housing. And once a senior loses stable housing the consequences can be severe — health deterioration, isolation, cognitive decline, and a loss of dignity that no one should ever have to experience.

Hope Forward Foundation sees our seniors. And we show up for them.

Seniors in our program participate on a private pay basis — they cover their own housing costs. What Hope Forward Foundation provides is the wraparound support and essential services that make independent living sustainable for them.
